Who is behind STRONGBODY FT?

Hi, I’m Estelle — the founder of Strongbody FT, personal trainer, fitness coach, nature lover, and proud dog mum to Numi and Natsu.


My journey into fitness started early. Growing up, I tried just about every sport — tap dancing, climbing, horse riding, basketball, gymnastics, modern jazz, contemporary dance, rugby, taekwondo, karate, boxing, tennis, badminton, volleyball — you name it, I’ve probably done it. But I’ll never forget my very first weight training session at 15. Before even stepping into that class, I knew I’d fall in love with it. And I did. That day, I found the thing that truly lit a fire in me. Later, calisthenics gave me that same feeling of strength, control, and freedom.


From a young age, I was used to moving — not just physically, but around the world. I grew up on Reunion Island, moved to Madagascar for five years, then Morocco for three, before heading back to Reunion for high school. After that, I moved to Paris to study finance and management. But deep down, I always knew my true path wasn’t behind a desk — it was helping people feel good about themselves, their bodies, and their lives through fitness.


When the opportunity came, I listened to my gut — and my heart — and moved to Australia. I completed my Certificate III and IV in Fitness and became a personal trainer in 2019. Since then, I’ve been living my dream: helping people build strength, confidence, and resilience both inside and out.


STRONGBODY FT was born from my belief that fitness is so much more than just aesthetics — it’s about empowerment, self-discovery, and realizing that you are capable of so much more than you think. My mantra has always been to get out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself, because that’s where real growth happens — not just in the gym, but in life.


Along the way, I became a dog mum to Numi and Natsu — my two beautiful Border Collie x Kelpie siblings. I’ve had them since the very first day they were born, and they’ve been my adventure buddies ever since. Watching them grow, training them, and sharing my love for nature, camping, and the outdoors with them has been one of the most rewarding parts of my life. They’re a big part of who I am and what keeps me grounded.


I’m also a huge advocate for balance. I believe in listening to your body, but also knowing when to push — because that’s where the magic happens. I’m here to empower you to live a better life — no judgment, just support, because we’re all human and none of us are perfect. We do the best we can, with what we have, every single day.


Life hasn’t always been easy — I’ve faced my share of hardships and trauma. But I choose to see the lessons, take the positives, and keep moving forward. We only get one life, and I believe in living it fully — loving deeply, exploring often, and making the most of every moment.
